Agent Contribution FAQ

Agent Contribution shows what each agent has paid into the brokerage and how far they are from their next split. Answers to the common questions about access, delivery, and reading the thresholds.

Is this a special report I have to request?

No, it's a standard Financials report. Run it any time from the Reports page, the same way as the others.

Why didn't the report download when I clicked the button?

It comes by email. Pipeline prepares this one in the background and emails you a link, usually within 15 minutes.

Is there a report showing every agent's progress toward their cap?

This is it. The Amount to Next Split column shows how much further each agent has to contribute before they reach their next threshold.

How do I total what the brokerage took in from all agents?

Total the Commission to Brokerage column. Run the report for the period you want and add that column up in your spreadsheet app.

Why is an agent missing from the report?

They didn't contribute within your filters. Only agents with contributions in the period, location, and label you chose are included.

Why does each agent show a different fiscal year?

Fiscal years run from each agent's own start date. The Fiscal Year column shows where that agent's current financial year began.
