Admins include master admins and location admins.
Anyone refers to any users added to a company's Paperless Pipeline account.
An Enterprise in Paperless Pipeline is a single business entity responsible for multiple, separate accounts integrated into one unified structure. Within an Enterprise, all accounts are under the control of designated admins through a convenient and centralized portal.
An Enterprise Admin has total authority over all accounts within an Enterprise. This enables them to monitor activity and manage settings across all accounts.
Enterprises can optionally designate an Enterprise Owner. An Enterprise Owner has the same authority as Enterprise Admins, but with the additional authority to shut down the Enterprise. If an Enterprise Owner is designated, the Owner is the only person who has the authority to close the Enterprise.
The Enterprise Portal is a control center, offering a convenient hub for overseeing and administering all accounts within an Enterprise. This central point of access allows admins to add new accounts, log into and administer existing accounts, and more.
eSign Drafts are saved signature requests you’re not ready to send yet. Drafts keep your docs, signers, and fields exactly how you left them. Pick up anytime, make changes, and send when ready — no need to start over.
eSign Requests are secure signature requests sent through Pipeline eSign. Start from a transaction or the Reference Library, choose docs, set signers and fields, and send. Signers receive an email with a secure link to review and sign from any device, and the signed docs automatically return to Pipeline.
