Prefer a darker screen? Switch Pipeline between Light and Dark to match how you like to work.
Introduction
Some people work better on a dark screen, particularly late in the day or in a room with the lights down. Pipeline comes in Light and Dark, and which one you look at all day is entirely your call.
It's a personal preference rather than a company setting, and it travels with your login, so it holds on every machine you sign in from. Nobody else on the account sees any difference. Two people sitting side by side can have the same transaction open in two different themes.
There's nothing to commit to, either. Switching back takes the same handful of clicks that got you there, so trying Dark for a day and returning to Light costs you nothing. The setting sits with the rest of your personal preferences rather than anywhere in your company's admin area, which is the one thing that catches people out when they go hunting for it.
How It Works
Your theme lives with your personal settings and applies everywhere you use Pipeline.
Light and Dark
Light is the standard bright view. Dark swaps in a darker palette that's easier on the eyes in low light.
It's Yours Alone
Color Theme is per-user, so changing it affects only your own account.
Change Your Color Theme
Set your theme from your personal settings.
Who Can Do This: Anyone can set their own theme.
To change your color theme:
- Click the [Gear] in the upper-right corner, then [My Info].
- Choose Light or Dark under your theme setting.
- Click [Save Settings].
Pipeline switches to your chosen theme right away.
