Combined Billing Report FAQ

Pipeline emails the Combined Billing Report to Enterprise Admins at the start of each month, covering the month just ended. Answers to the common questions about who gets it, what's in it, and what to do when it doesn't arrive.

Who receives the Combined Billing Report?

Enterprise Admins. Pipeline emails it to them at the start of each month — there's nothing to subscribe to or switch on.

What's in the report?

One spreadsheet with last month's billing for every account in your Enterprise. It details each account's charges, payment dates, billing periods, and monthly plans.

Which accounts show up on it?

The accounts in your Enterprise. The point of the report is the whole organization in one view, rather than checking account by account.

I didn't get this month's report — can it be re-sent?

Yes. Check your spam folder first, since the report arrives as an attachment. If it's genuinely missing, email help@paperlesspipeline.com and we'll re-send it to everyone who should have received it.

Can I open the combined report inside Pipeline?

The report comes to you by email. Save the attachment somewhere you can get back to, or keep the monthly email. For one account's own charges, that account's Billing History page has the full record.

How can I tell whether an account's payment went through?

The report shows each account's charges and payment dates for last month. For where an account stands right now rather than last month, check its Next Bill Date in the Current Usage panel inside that account.
