Company Logo

Add your brokerage's logo so your Home page, coversheets, and commission documents all carry your brand.

Introduction

Your brokerage's brand turns up in more places inside Pipeline than you'd think. The Home page your agents open every morning. The coversheets that go out with documents. The commission paperwork a client ends up holding. All of it draws on one image.

That image is the Company Logo, and it's an account-level setting rather than anyone's personal picture. The confusion is understandable, since it sits roughly where a profile photo would, and people regularly go looking for a way to change their own picture and find the company's brand instead. There's one logo for the whole account, uploaded in Company Settings.

Get it right once and your brokerage's name carries through everything Pipeline puts in front of a client. The part worth spending a minute on is the shape of the file. The space it goes into has fixed proportions, and a logo cropped to different ones is what makes it look stretched or fuzzy later.

How It Works

The logo lives in your account's Company Settings, and Pipeline handles the sizing for you.

Where Your Logo Appears

Your logo is displayed on the Home page and on transaction coversheets. If your office subscribes to the Commission Module, it also appears on Commission Disbursement Authorizations and commission statements.

File Format and Size

Your logo must be a .jpg or .png file. Pipeline automatically resizes your image to fit 195 pixels wide by 85 pixels tall, so a wide, roughly banner-shaped logo displays the most cleanly.

Who Can Change It

Uploading or changing the company logo is a master admin task, since it applies to the whole account.
