Comparative Production measures sale prices and transaction counts, never commission, and on the Commission Module only for closed transactions with commissions entered. Answers to the common questions about scope, periods, and what the figures are built from.
Does this report show commission figures?
No. Sales Volume and Sales Average are built from the Sale Price entered on each transaction, not from commission. It's a production report that happens to sit in the Financials menu — for commission by agent, the module's agent reports are where that lives.
Why is a closed transaction missing from the comparison?
It's missing its commissions. On the Commission Module the report counts only closed transactions that have commissions entered. Enter commissions on the deal and it joins the comparison the next time you download.
Can I get it as a PDF instead of a spreadsheet?
No. Comparative Production downloads as a spreadsheet only.
Can I run it for one agent?
Yes. Start typing the agent's name on the report screen and select them before you download. Leave the field blank to include every agent.
What period does it cover by default?
Two years. Change the Closing Period range on the report screen before you download to widen or narrow it.
Who can run this report?
Master admins, plus admins granted the Enter Financial Data or View Financial Reports permission. Being able to grant that permission to an admin who isn't a master admin is itself something the Commission Module makes possible.
