Full Spreadsheet

One click gives you every transaction your account has ever had, with every column, in a single file.

Introduction

The question that needs this one is usually awkward. An audit that wants every transaction the office has ever had. A comparison that runs back further than last year. Something a single year's file can't answer, and that nobody wants to assemble out of four separate downloads.

The Full Spreadsheet is Pipeline's widest export. It doesn't stop at a year and it doesn't cut off at a row count, so what comes out is every transaction the account has ever had, with every column, in one file. That breadth is the point and it's also the trade: this is a large file, and shaping it into the answer you need happens once it's open on your side rather than before you download it.

Hand it to an auditor, sort it by agent, or line one year up against another, and none of it means going back to Pipeline for a second pass. When you want something narrower, a year's spreadsheet or a search you download is the smaller tool. This one is for the question that needs everything.

How It Works

One button, every transaction, every column.

Where to Find It

It sits in the Downloads section of the left menu on the Transactions page, below the year spreadsheets.

Every Year in One File

A year spreadsheet holds only the transactions added in that calendar year. The Full Spreadsheet spans every year your account has records for, including the older years that no longer have a button of their own.

Every Column

The file carries the transaction fields Pipeline holds, including your custom fields and the buyer and seller details entered as contacts. You can't add columns of your own.

No Row Limit

Downloading search results stops at 1,000 transactions. The Full Spreadsheet has no such ceiling, which is why it's the standard fix when a search-results download comes up short.

Co-op Agents Are a Special Case

Outside agent details come through where the person was added to a transaction as a Co-op Agent. An outside agent recorded only as a Contact doesn't fill those columns, so add them both ways if you want them in this file going forward.

Filtering Happens After the Download

There's no way to narrow the Full Spreadsheet before it downloads. Take it as it comes and filter in your spreadsheet app, or search the Transactions page first and download those results instead.

Download the Full Spreadsheet

Get every transaction in the account, across all years and all columns, in one file.

Who Can Do This: Admins. Agents can't download transaction spreadsheets.

To download the Full Spreadsheet:

  1. Click [Transactions] from the top menu.
  2. In the Downloads section of the left menu, click [Full Spreadsheet].

The file downloads to your computer. Open it in your spreadsheet app, then sort or filter down to the transactions you need.

When Everything Is More Than You Wanted

Every transaction and every column is a lot of file to open for a question about one agent's last quarter. The other route runs the opposite way round — narrow it on screen first, then take down only what's showing — and it's the better one whenever you already know which deals you're after.

Take your transactions out of Pipeline as a spreadsheet — search and sort first, and download exactly the list you shaped.
