Full Spreadsheet FAQ

The Full Spreadsheet is every transaction in the account, every year, every column, with no row limit. Answers to the common questions about what it holds, who can download it, and how it differs from a year spreadsheet.

What does the Full Spreadsheet include?

Every transaction, every year, every column. That includes buyer and seller details entered as contacts, and your custom fields as their own columns.

Is there a limit on how many transactions it downloads?

No limit. Search-results downloads stop at 1,000 transactions; the Full Spreadsheet has no ceiling, which is why it's the usual workaround for a big pull.

Can an agent download the Full Spreadsheet?

No. Transaction spreadsheets are admin-only. An agent who needs their own transactions asks an admin, who can filter the file down before sharing it.

Does it cover years that don't have their own spreadsheet button?

Yes. The year buttons cover the current and previous year, but the Full Spreadsheet reaches back through every year your account has records for.

Why doesn't my year spreadsheet total match the Full Spreadsheet?

Year spreadsheets are keyed on when a transaction was added. Not on when it closed. The Full Spreadsheet has every year in it, so your totals line up once you filter on the date you actually care about.

Are outside co-op agents in the file?

Only where they were added as a Co-op Agent. An outside agent recorded only as a Contact leaves the co-op columns empty, though they still appear in the contact columns.

Can I filter it before it downloads?

No. Take the whole file and filter in your spreadsheet app, or search the Transactions page first and download those results instead.
