The Listing Inventory Report counts listing-side transactions that carry a Listing Date in the period you pick. Answers to the common questions about what's included, what the filters do, and why a figure comes back blank.
Which transactions are included?
Listing-side transactions with a Listing Date inside the period. Every status counts except the Fell Through and Expired categories, and the transaction needs a listing agent assigned to it.
Does a transaction need a CDA to be included?
No. This report isn't built on CDAs. Every qualifying listing-side transaction with a Listing Date is included, generated CDA or not.
What days does the Current Week period cover?
Monday through Sunday.
Why is my List Price Volume or Average List Price blank?
A listing is missing its List Price. Both figures are calculated from that field, so when one is empty you'll see an asterisk and an error flagging the missing information rather than a quietly wrong total. Fill in the List Price on the transaction and run the report again.
Can I filter the report by label?
Yes. Set your Transaction Label filter before you download, and the report counts only the listings carrying that label.
Why is a listing I expected missing from the report?
Usually a missing Listing Date, a status in the Fell Through or Expired category, or a label filter that doesn't match. Work through Why Are Transactions Missing From My Report? for the full checklist.
Who can run this report?
Master admins, plus admins granted the View Financial Reports permission. Company-wide figures need that permission in every location on the account, including inactive ones.
