Introduction
There's no Pipeline app to download, and you don't need one. Pipeline runs in the browser that's already on your phone or tablet, and you sign in there exactly the way you do at your desk.
The pages adjust themselves to whatever screen you're on, which is what lets one account work on a laptop, an iPad between appointments, and a phone in somebody's kitchen without three separate versions of it. It also means you're always on the current Pipeline. There's no app version to keep updated, and nothing that quietly falls behind on one device while it's fine on another.
Tapping through a browser to get there is the one bit of friction worth fixing. Pipeline on your home screen is the account in your pocket for what comes up away from a desk: checking where a file stands, clearing a task between showings.
How It Works
It Runs in Your Browser
Open your mobile browser, go to app.paperlesspipeline.com, and sign in.
Add It to Your Home Screen
Both iPhone/iPad (Safari) and Android (Chrome) let you save a Pipeline icon to your home screen for one-tap access.
Add Pipeline to an iPhone or iPad Home Screen

Who Can Do This: Anyone — on iOS, only Safari can add a home-screen icon.
To add Pipeline to an iPhone or iPad home screen:
- Open Safari and go to app.paperlesspipeline.com.
- Tap the Share button (the square with an upward arrow).
- Tap [Add to Home Screen].
- Name the icon, then tap [Add].
The Pipeline icon lands on your home screen — tap it any time to open Pipeline in Safari.
Add Pipeline to an Android Home Screen
Save a Pipeline icon from Chrome on Android.
Who Can Do This: Anyone with Chrome for Android.
To add Pipeline to an Android home screen:
- Open Chrome and go to app.paperlesspipeline.com.
- Tap the menu button, then [Add to Home screen].
- Name the icon, then confirm.
The icon appears on your home screen like any other app shortcut.
