Stat Tiles FAQ

The blocks count closings, tasks, and docs against what your role can see, and each one opens in place or links to its full page. Answers to the common questions about what the numbers mean and what you can change.

Can I add my own stat blocks to the Home page?

No — the set of blocks is fixed. If you want something like "closed last month" or "pending closing this year" at hand, build it as a saved search and pin it to Custom Shortcuts. It gives you the same one-click access from anywhere in Pipeline.

Does "Transactions Closing in 7 Days" mean exactly seven days out?

No — it's anything closing within the next seven days. A transaction closing tomorrow belongs there just as much as one closing next Tuesday.

Can Tasks Due Today show only the tasks assigned to me?

No — it counts every task your role lets you see. If you can view other people's transactions, their tasks due today are in your count too. To work only your own, filter the Tasks page down to yourself and save that filter as a shortcut.

Can I change Tasks Due Today to show the next seven days instead?

Not as a setting. The block is fixed to today. Filter the Tasks page by tasks due in the next 7 days and save it as a shortcut — that gives you the wider window without leaving your Home page routine.

Where do I see my total number of active transactions?

On the Transactions page, not the Home page. Click [Transactions] in the top menu bar and the total sits at the top of the list.

The Unassigned and Unreviewed counts used to be in the top menu bar — where did they go?

They live on the Home page now. Recalculating those numbers on every page load for every user was slowing Pipeline down for everyone, so they were retired from the menu bar. The Home page blocks are where you'll find them.

Why doesn't my transaction count match my downloaded spreadsheet?

The two count different windows. Your transaction usage counts what you created during your current billing cycle, which starts on your bill date. A downloaded spreadsheet's "Added This Month" counts what you created during the current calendar month. If your bill date falls mid-month, the two windows don't line up and the numbers won't either.

What does the red flag mean?

That transaction is closing today. It's there to pull your eye to the tasks that can't wait until tomorrow.

Can I hide a block I never use?

You can close its list. Click the [X] in the upper-right corner of an open snapshot and Pipeline keeps it closed the next time you're on the Home page.
