Transaction Deletion FAQ

Deletion is permanent and master-admin only, but our team can often recover a recently deleted transaction. Answers to the common questions about recovering one yourself, timing, and backups.

Can I recover a deleted transaction myself?

No — there's no self-serve undo, but reach out and we can often help. Deletion is permanent in the app, so recovery is handled by our team. Email us with the details and we'll check whether it can be restored.

How quickly do I need to act?

As soon as you can. A recently deleted transaction has the best chance of being recovered, so don't wait once you spot the mistake.

What information should I send?

Anything that identifies the transaction. The transaction name or property address, the MLS number, or another detail all help us find the right record.

Will the deleted transaction be in my monthly backup?

No. Deleted transactions aren't included in standard monthly backups, so there's nothing to restore from there — recovery goes through our team.

Who's allowed to delete a transaction?

Only master admins. If you don't see the delete option, you're likely not on a master admin profile — see Why Can't I Delete a Transaction?

I deleted a duplicate transaction — can I get a credit?

Reach out and we'll sort it out. If you were charged for a transaction you created by accident and then deleted, email us with the details and we'll look into a credit.
