The Transactions page shows your active deals by default, with columns and scope you control. Answers to the common questions about missing closed deals, choosing columns, and downloading your list.
Why don't I see my closed or sold transactions?
They're hidden on purpose, not gone. The list shows only active transactions by default so it stays focused on live work. Click [View All], or search for the deal by name, to bring closed, expired, and canceled transactions back into view. See Transactions List.
Can I choose which columns show on the page?
Yes — click [Columns]. Check the fields you want to see and uncheck the rest, then click [Done]. Your choices stick for next time. See Transactions List.
The address is cut off — how do I see the whole thing?
Open the transaction, or download the list to a spreadsheet. The page trims long addresses to keep rows tidy. Clicking into the transaction shows the full address, and a downloaded spreadsheet includes every field in full — nothing truncated.
What are the Recently Updated and Recently Created lists?
Quick-access lists in the left menu. They surface the transactions you've touched or added most recently, so the ones you're likely to reopen are a single click away.
Can I download my transactions list?
Yes, if you're an admin. Run any search or sort on the Transactions page, then click [Download] to get a spreadsheet of the results. See Transaction Search.
Can I search across every transaction, not just what's on the page?
Yes — that's what the account-wide search tools are for. The search on the Transactions page narrows the list in front of you; a separate set of account-wide search tools reaches every transaction you can access from anywhere in Pipeline. Those articles are on the way.
