Your plan renews on a monthly cycle: your transaction quota resets, and Pipeline charges your card on your bill date.
Introduction
It's the third of the month, you've added nothing, and Pipeline says your transactions are used up. That's the most common surprise in billing here, and it has one cause: your account doesn't run on the calendar. It runs on your billing cycle.
The cycle is the unit everything else hangs off. Your bill date is the day it turns over: your quota starts again, and Pipeline charges your card once for the plan you're on. There's no separate renewal to approve and no annual commitment sitting underneath it, because the whole arrangement is built to be decided one month at a time.
Knowing that one date answers most billing questions before you have to ask them. When your quota comes back, when the next charge lands, when a plan change actually takes effect, how long you're paid through if you stop. It's all the same date. And if your bill falls at an awkward point in your month, that's worth raising rather than working around.
How It Works
Pipeline anchors your billing cycle to the day you signed up, and it repeats every month from there.
When Your Cycle Starts
Your billing cycle begins on the date you signed up and renews monthly on that same bill date. Pipeline never bills you more than once every 30 days, no matter how many plan changes you make mid-cycle.
Your Quota Resets Each Cycle
At the start of every cycle your transaction quota resets to your plan's full amount. Open transactions you created in earlier months don't carry over against the new quota.
Your "Paid Until" Date
Your account shows a Paid Until date — the end of the period your current payment covers. Your next bill date is the day that period renews.
Where to See It
You'll find your next bill date and monthly plan cost in your account settings, alongside the Current Usage panel.
