Enterprise

One company, several Paperless Pipeline accounts. An Enterprise ties them together so the people who run the whole business can reach every account from one portal.

Introduction

Most companies run on a single Paperless Pipeline account and use Locations to separate their offices. That works right up until the offices need to be genuinely separate — their own company name, their own brokerage license, their own logo, their own bill. At that point each office needs its own account, and you need a way to see across all of them.

An Enterprise is that layer. It's the record that ties your accounts together into one organization, and it gives the admins you designate a single sign-in that reaches every account through the Enterprise Portal.

Becoming an Enterprise is a request rather than a setting you switch on. You tell us which accounts belong together and who should administer them, and we set it up.

How It Works

An Enterprise sits above your accounts without changing what any of them are.

What an Enterprise Is

An Enterprise is a group of Paperless Pipeline accounts owned by one business, plus the portal your designated admins use to reach them. Every account inside it stays a complete account, with its own users, settings, transactions, and monthly bill. What the Enterprise adds is oversight across them.

Who It's For

The Enterprise Portal is built for the people who oversee and hold ultimate authority over every Paperless Pipeline account in a single business. That usually looks like:

  • Real estate brokerages running separate accounts for different branches or teams
  • Corporate groups supervising accounts for different departments or offices
  • Franchise operations with an account per franchise
  • Property management companies with accounts tailored to different ownership structures
  • Transaction management firms running separate accounts for the brokerages or agent groups they serve

What It Costs

There's no additional charge for the Enterprise Portal itself. Each account inside the Enterprise still carries its own transaction plan and gets its own bill every month, exactly as it would on its own. Paid add-ons work the same way — an account that turns one on pays for it, Enterprise or not.

One Account With Locations, or Several Accounts?

A single Pipeline account carries one company name, one brokerage license number, and one logo. Locations divide the work inside that account, but they don't make an office look like a separate company on the paperwork. If each office needs its own identity, it needs its own account — and an Enterprise is what puts those accounts back under one roof.

Two offices, one bill or two? Because Pipeline prices on transaction volume rather than headcount, the answer is usually simpler than it looks.

Who Signs In Where

Every account in the Enterprise keeps its own logins, so the people who work in one office sign in the way they always have. Enterprise Admins are the exception: their sign-in opens the portal, and the portal opens every account.

If You Use Single Sign-On

Setting up an Enterprise doesn't disturb an SSO configuration you already have. Accounts linked under the Enterprise carry SSO on the same production key, and Pipeline enables accounts added later automatically.

Sign your people into Pipeline straight from your own portal, with no second password to type. What Pipeline offers is a signed-link API we built ourselves — not SAML, and not OAuth.

Request to Become an Enterprise

Tell us which accounts belong together and who should administer them, and we'll start the review.

Who Can Do This: The person who oversees and holds ultimate authority over every Paperless Pipeline account in the business.

To request to become an Enterprise:

  1. Sign in to the account you administer, then click [Help] in the upper-right corner and choose [Get Help]. You can also email help@paperlesspipeline.com from your master admin email address.
  2. List the accounts that should be included, and the email address that should serve as the Enterprise Admin login.
  3. Send the request and watch for our reply.

We'll come back with the authorizations we need and anything else the review calls for. Once it's approved, our team links the accounts and the Enterprise Portal section appears in your left menu.
