Enterprise FAQ

An Enterprise groups your separate Paperless Pipeline accounts under one portal, with no extra charge for the portal itself. Answers to the common questions about becoming an Enterprise, what it costs, and what stays the same in each account.

Does the Enterprise Portal cost extra?

No — there's no additional charge for the portal. Each account inside the Enterprise still carries its own transaction plan and is billed separately every month, the same as it would be on its own.

How do we become an Enterprise?

Ask us. Enterprise status isn't something you switch on — send us the list of accounts that belong together and the email address that should be the Enterprise Admin login, and we'll walk you through the authorizations and set it up.

Do we still need separate logins for each account?

Each account keeps its own logins, and your Enterprise Admin sign-in reaches them all. People who work in one office sign in exactly as they do today. Enterprise Admins go through the portal instead of signing into each account separately.

Will becoming an Enterprise break our Single Sign-On setup?

No. Accounts linked under an Enterprise carry SSO on the same production key, and accounts added to the Enterprise later are enabled automatically. See Single Sign-On.

Could we use one account with Locations instead of an Enterprise?

Only if one company identity works for every office. A single account carries one company name, one brokerage license number, and one logo, and Locations don't change that. If each office needs its own identity on the paperwork, each needs its own account — which is what an Enterprise is for.

Are paid add-ons included for accounts in an Enterprise?

No, they're billed per account. An account inside an Enterprise that turns on a paid add-on is billed for it monthly, on the same terms as any other account.

Can our Enterprise opt out of Pipeline's product announcement emails?

Not on your own today. Product announcements go to every master admin on every account, because the same information is public on our site. If the volume is a problem for your offices, tell us at help@paperlesspipeline.com — we're working on better communication controls for Enterprises, and knowing how it's landing shapes what we build.

We're adding a separate legal entity. Does it join our Enterprise?

A separate legal entity usually gets its own Enterprise. That keeps the two companies' data fully separate. Anyone who needs to work in both is added in each one. If you're not sure which side of the line your new entity falls on, ask us before you set it up.
