Log in to reach everything your role gives you access to — your transactions, documents, checklists, and tasks.
Introduction
Signing in takes the same two things every time: the email address on your profile, and your password. What's waiting on the other side is the part of the account your role covers, rather than the whole of it.
Your login is one identity across all of Paperless Pipeline, and the email address is that identity. It isn't just a name you happen to type. It's how Pipeline knows which company's account you belong to, which is why one address can sit on only one profile anywhere in the product. It's also why a coordinator working for two brokerages holds two separate logins rather than one that switches between them.
That's what makes signing in unremarkable most days and puzzling on the day it isn't. When a login gets refused, it's very rarely the account behind it. Far more often a browser has quietly filled in an old address or an old password, and the fix is to type both fields by hand and pause before clicking. If that doesn't do it, resetting your own password is something you can do from the login page without waiting on your admin.
How It Works
Login lives at the Pipeline login page — one screen, two fields, and an optional way to stay signed in.
The Login Page
You sign in at app.paperlesspipeline.com with the Email Address and Password tied to your profile. Anyone added to a Paperless Pipeline account can log in.
Staying Signed In
Check Stay logged in for 7 days and Pipeline keeps you signed in for a week, so you're not re-entering your password every visit.
If Two-Factor Is On
When your account requires two-factor authentication, you'll enter a security code after your password before you reach the Home page.
Log In to Paperless Pipeline
Sign in from the Pipeline login page with your email address and password.
Who Can Do This: Anyone added to a Paperless Pipeline account.
To log into Paperless Pipeline:
- Go to the Pipeline login page at app.paperlesspipeline.com.
- Enter your login Email Address and Password.
- Optionally, check [Stay logged in for 7 days] to stay signed in for the next week.
- Click [Log In].
You'll land on the Home page. If two-factor authentication is on, enter your security code first.
Add a Second Step to Every Sign-In
Whether you meet a code screen after your password isn't your call. A master admin turns it on for the whole company and opts individual people out from there, which is worth knowing before you go hunting for a setting of your own.
Two-factor authentication adds a second step to every login: a one-time security code sent to your email, entered right after your password.
