Pipeline AI Now Comes With Your Plan

Starting today, Pipeline AI comes with your plan. It reads the paperwork your deals bring and gets it ready for your team to review. There's nothing to set up.

AI Assign and AI Break Apart are included with your plan. AI Create and AI Update use your monthly credit first, then pay per use if you choose: $1.00 per transaction, counteroffers and addenda included, and $0.50 per update.

Your plan includes a monthly credit for AI Create and AI Update. It's a dollar amount, and the more transactions in your plan, the bigger it is. It arrives when your bill processes, and it doesn't carry over. Once it's used, AI Create and AI Update pause until next month's credit arrives. If your team wants to keep going past the credit, a master admin can set a monthly limit. So your bill only goes up if you choose. If you've already set one, it stays as it is and covers only what's spent past your included credit.

Here's how to see your credit and limit:

  1. Click the [Gear] in the upper-right corner, then [Admin / Settings].
  2. Under Add-On Modules, click [Pipeline AI].
  3. Read the line at the top of the right-hand column.

AI Assign and AI Break Apart are on for your whole office starting today, and a master admin can turn them on or off. AI Create and AI Update start with admins and staff, unless your office has already chosen different settings, and a master admin can open each one to more of your team or to fewer. If your office would rather not use Pipeline AI, a master admin can set each part to Disabled.

Here's how to choose who can use each part:

  1. Click the [Gear] in the upper-right corner, then [Admin / Settings].
  2. Under Add-On Modules, click [Pipeline AI].
  3. Under Who Can Use AI?, choose a level for Create and a level for Update.
  4. Next to Assign & Break Apart, choose Enabled or Disabled.

Assign Each Doc With a Quick Review

AI Assign works on its own on every doc that lands in Unassigned. It renames each one and pre-assigns it to the transaction whose name or property address matches. When you open Unassigned, each doc waits under a clear name, with its transaction already picked, so assigning comes down to a quick review.

Here's how to assign a doc AI Assign has renamed:

  1. Click [Unassigned] in the top menu.
  2. Click a doc's [Assign] button. If it's blue, the transaction is already picked.
  3. Review the transaction and the doc's name.
  4. Click [Assign Doc].

Break Apart a Packet With the Cuts Already in Place

AI Break Apart works on its own on any PDF in Unassigned that holds several documents, like a listing packet signed in one sitting. It marks where each document starts and ends, and names each one. When you break it apart, the marks are already in place and each document has a name, ready for your review. The packet stays whole until you save.

Here's how to break apart a packet AI Break Apart has read:

  1. Click [Unassigned] in the top menu.
  2. Click the doc's [Gear], then [Break Apart].
  3. Review the cuts and names, and fix any that are off.
  4. Click [Save].
