Usage Estimator FAQ

The Pipeline AI page turns the amount on the limit slider into a number of AI runs. Answers to the common questions about what Pipeline AI will really cost your office.

How many AI runs does one transaction take?

Usually one to three. One AI Create to open the file from the contract, then an AI Update or two as terms change. Busy files run a little higher.

What will Pipeline AI cost my office in a month?

Roughly one to three dollars per transaction you open. Twenty transactions a month lands near $60 at the top of that range, and most offices spend under it.

What limit should I start with?

The suggested one. Pipeline sizes it to your Transaction Plan, which is the closest thing it has to your monthly volume. You can move it any time, so the first number doesn't have to be right.

We put dozens of documents on a transaction — is that dozens of dollars?

No. Only the documents you deliberately run through AI cost anything, and in practice that's a handful per file — the listing agreement, the purchase contract, a counter-offer. Everything else is filed exactly as it always was, free.

Does the estimate change what I'm billed?

No. It's a forecast. Billing follows the runs your team actually makes, and it stops at the limit you saved.

Is Pipeline AI worth it for a small office?

That's arithmetic you can do before spending anything. Multiply your monthly transactions by one to three dollars, weigh it against the typing it removes, and spend the $5.00 in starter credits on a real contract before you decide. Your monthly limit is the ceiling on what Pipeline AI can cost your account — set it once, change it whenever you like, and you're only ever billed for the runs your team actually makes.
