You sign in expecting to land on Home (or wherever you were last), and Pipeline drops you somewhere else — a stale URL, an empty page, the wrong area. Almost always a bookmark or session-history issue.
Reason
Pipeline uses your last known location after a sign-in by default, or sends you to a destination URL if your bookmark or a saved link points to one. If that target is stale (a transaction that's been deleted, a list that no longer applies, an old admin page), or your browser is opening a cached URL, you'll land somewhere unexpected.
Solution
- Sign in by going to
app.paperlesspipeline.comdirectly. That hits the login page cleanly, and you'll land on Home after sign-in. - Update or remove old bookmarks. A bookmark to a specific Pipeline page can carry stale parameters. Replace it with the bare app URL.
- Clear browser history for
paperlesspipeline.comif your browser keeps opening a cached version. Settings → History → search for paperless → remove. - Confirm you're signed in to the right account. With multiple Pipeline profiles, signing into one and expecting the view from another is the cause.
