You ran an AI Create, and the transaction isn't in your transactions list. Good news first: it almost certainly still exists, and it's waiting for you where the run left it.
The Result Was Never Confirmed
This is the usual ending. AI Create fills the form and stops — the transaction isn't created until somebody reviews the filled form and clicks [Add Transaction]. A result you started but didn't finish stays in Unassigned, not in your transactions list.
To finish it:
- Click [Unassigned] in the top menu.
- Find the document showing a green folder with a checkmark — that's a result waiting on you.
- Click the green folder to open the filled-in Add Transaction form.
- Review the values, set the status, then click [Add Transaction].
The transaction is created at that moment, with the source document filed on it.
You Clicked Add Transaction and Nothing Happened
Occasionally the save button doesn't respond — no error, no highlighted field, nothing. When this comes up it's specific to the browser or the machine you're on rather than to your account or the document, and the same result often saves fine somewhere else.
To get it saved:
- Do a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac) and try again.
- Update your browser to the latest version if you haven't recently.
- Try a different browser, or the same review on a different device.
Your result is still in Unassigned throughout, so nothing is lost while you work through these.
