Billing Cycle FAQ

Pipeline anchors your cycle to your signup date, resets your quota monthly, and charges you no more than once every 30 days. Answers to the common questions about bill dates, resets, and mid-cycle changes.

When does my billing cycle start?

On the date you signed up. It renews monthly on that same bill date, and you can view it under Current Usage in Admin / Settings.

How often am I charged?

No more than once every 30 days. That holds even if you change plans mid-cycle — plan changes don't trigger an extra charge.

If I downgrade mid-cycle, which plan am I billed for?

The plan you're on when the cycle closes. A downgrade lowers your quota immediately, and your next bill reflects the lower plan. If you downgrade near the end of a cycle, that bill shows the lower amount.

What does my "Paid Until" date mean?

It's the last day your current payment covers. Your account renews and bills again on the day after that period ends.

Do I get a receipt each month?

Yes. A payment receipt is emailed to the master admin's address each month. You can forward it to your accounting team or set up email forwarding for it.

Where do I see my next bill date and amount?

Under Current Usage in Admin / Settings. That panel shows your next bill date, monthly plan cost, and current quota and usage together.
