Your company logo is a .jpg or .png that Pipeline resizes to fit a wide, banner-shaped space. Answers to the common questions about file types, sizing, and where your logo appears.
What file type does my logo need to be?
A .jpg or a .png. Other image formats won't upload, so convert your logo to one of those first.
What size should my logo be?
Pipeline resizes it to fit 195 pixels wide by 85 pixels tall. A wide, roughly banner-shaped image displays most cleanly; a tall or square logo gets squeezed to fit that space.
Where does my logo appear?
On the Home page and on transaction coversheets. If your office uses the Commission Module, it also shows on Commission Disbursement Authorizations and commission statements.
Who can upload or change the logo?
Master admins. The logo applies to the entire account, so it's set at the company level rather than per user.
Why does my logo look blurry or stretched?
Usually the shape of the original image. A logo whose proportions are far from the wide space Pipeline resizes to can look fuzzy or distorted — see Why Does My Logo Look Distorted or Fuzzy? for the fix.
